Grilled chicken skewers are a delicious and easy-to-make dish. They are perfect for summer barbecues, parties, or a quick and healthy weeknight meal. The key to making great chicken skewers is to use fresh, high-quality ingredients and to cook the chicken properly. The chicken should be marinated in a flavorful marinade for at least 30 minutes before grilling. This will help to keep the chicken moist and flavorful. Once the chicken is marinated, it is threaded onto skewers and grilled over medium heat. The chicken should be cooked through, but not overcooked. Overcooked chicken will be dry and tough. Chirmol salsa is a traditional Guatemalan salsa that is perfect for serving with chicken skewers. It is made with fresh tomatoes, onions, jalapeños, cilantro, and lime juice. The salsa is spicy and flavorful, and it complements the chicken skewers perfectly.
