- 1. In a large skillet with one tablespoon oil, sweat onions,green peppers and garlic put in small bowl. add ground beef in skillet and brown then drain.
- 2. In large stock pot add the tomatoes and drained beans ,add the onions mixture,ketchup and worch.sauce and the spices and the coffee .
- 3. add the brown sugar and the ground beef add the salt and pepper . let simmer for at least 30 minutes.
