Tips:

  • Select high-quality ribs: Choose baby back ribs that are meaty and have a good amount of marbling. Avoid ribs that are too thin or have a lot of bone.
  • Prepare the ribs properly: Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and cut them into individual portions. You can also trim off any excess fat.
  • Use a flavorful marinade: The marinade is what gives the ribs their unique flavor. Be sure to use a marinade that contains a good balance of sweet, salty, and savory ingredients. The recipe includes a soy sauce-based marinade that is perfect for baby back ribs.
  • Cook the ribs slowly and gently: The best way to cook baby back ribs is to cook them slowly and gently. This will help the ribs to become tender and fall off the bone. You can cook the ribs in the oven, on the grill, or in a smoker.
  • Baste the ribs frequently: Basting the ribs during cooking will help to keep them moist and flavorful. You can use the marinade, melted butter, or a barbecue sauce to baste the ribs.
  • Let the ribs rest before serving: Once the ribs are cooked, let them rest for a few minutes before serving. This will allow the juices to redistribute throughout the ribs.

Conclusion:

Chinese barbecued baby back ribs are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion.
