1 12 oz. bag butterscotch chips
1 can(s) chinese noodles (large can)
1 can(s) spanish peanuts (small can)

Steps:

  • 1. Melt the butterscotch chips and chocolate chips in a large double boiler. Stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat when melted. Add chinese noodles and peanuts. Drop onto wax paper and cool in refrigerator.

  • Melt chocolate and butterscotch chips in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Remove from heat and stir in peanuts. Stir in noodles until all is well coated. Press into prepared dish. Chill until set; cut into squares.

9.25 oz can cashews
5 oz can chow mein noodles

  • Melt chips in microwave or double boiler. If using microwave, stir every 30 seconds until smooth taking approximately 1 minute or so. Remove and add finely chopped nuts and noodles. Stir until completely mixed. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper. Let harden in refrigerator and store in tin. ( Keep pieces small.)

5-7 oz chinese noodles
1 c peanut butter
6 oz marshmellows
1 bag(s) butterscotch chips
1/4 C c butter

Steps:

  • 1. Set aside noodles. A can of chinese noodles is 5 oz, a bag is about 12 oz. Use one can or 1/2 bag
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, microwave together the marshmallows, peanut butter, /14 C butter for 1 or 2 minutes increments on high heat. Stir together until almost smooth. I just repeatedly spray a spoon with oil in order to mix and drop the cookies
  • 3. With a greased spoon, mix in the noodles with microwaved cookies. Then drop on wax paper with greased spoon. Edible immediately, but they harden into a fudgy, crunchy candy in about 20 minutes.
