Tips:

  • Choose high-quality chipotle peppers: Look for chipotles that are plump and have a deep red color. Avoid peppers that are brown or have any signs of mold.
  • Soak the chipotles before using: This will help to soften the peppers and make them easier to blend. You can soak the peppers in hot water for 30 minutes, or in warm water for longer.
  • Use a food processor to make the chipotle sauce: This will help to create a smooth and creamy sauce. If you don't have a food processor, you can use a blender, but the sauce may not be as smooth.
  • Season the chipotle sauce to taste: You may want to add some additional spices, such as cumin, chili powder, or oregano, to taste. You can also add a bit of honey or agave syrup to balance out the heat of the peppers.
  • Use the chipotle sauce to marinate the turkey: This will help to infuse the turkey with flavor. You can marinate the turkey for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
  • Cook the turkey until it is cooked through: The internal temperature of the turkey should reach 165 degrees Fahrenheit. You can cook the turkey in a skillet, in the oven, or on the grill.
  • Serve the turkey tacos with your favorite toppings: Some popular toppings include guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and cheese.

Conclusion:

These chipotle turkey crispy flour tacos are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for any occasion. The chipotle sauce adds a smoky and spicy flavor to the turkey, while the crispy flour tortillas add a nice crunch. These tacos are sure to be a hit with everyone at your table.
