1/3 cup canola oil
1/3 cup orange juice

1/4 cup confectioners' sugar, for dusting
1 1/4 cups ricotta cheese
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup chopped pistachio nut
1 tablespoon white sugar

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease one 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 inch jelly-roll pan and line with parchment paper.
