2 tablespoons orange juice
4 teaspoons grated orange zest
2-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon shortening

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in egg, orange juice and zest.
