  • In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating; stir until smooth. Stir in peanut butter; thinly spread onto a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. , In another microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips; stir until smooth. 4 cups miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips (6 oz)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 bag (10 oz) peanut butter chips (1 2/3 cups)
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup coarsely chopped honey-roasted peanuts
4 Nature Valley™ peanut butter crunchy granola bars (2 pouches from 8.9-oz box), crushed
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Line bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with foil, leaving foil hanging over 2 opposite sides of pan. Spray foil with cooking spray. In food processor bowl with metal blade, place cookies. Cover; process until cookies are finely chopped.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, cook marshmallows and butter over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Stir in chopped cookies and 3/4 cup of the chocolate chips until well mixed. Press in bottom of baking dish.
  • In medium microwavable bowl, microwave milk and peanut butter chips uncovered on High 30 seconds. Stir; microwave 30 to 60 seconds longer, stirring every 30 seconds, until smooth and creamy. 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened

1 egg
1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups (about 12 oz) orange, yellow and brown candy-coated peanut butter candies

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet with shortening or spray with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, beat sugars and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Beat in peanut butter, vanilla and egg. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Stir in candies. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

1 cup peanut butter
2/3 cup honey
1/2 cup coconut oil (no substitutes, this is what gives its creamy texture and flavor)
2 cups oats (not instant)
1 1/4 cups mini chocolate chips
3/4 cup dried cranberries

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium sized saucepan, melt together peanut butter, honey and coconut oil. Remove from heat and add oats, chocolate chips and dried cranberries. Stir until combined and chocolate chips are melted.
  • 2. Spread into a 9x13 pan. Refrigerate until hardened, about an hour. Store in refrigerator.
  • 3. I use parchment in bottom of my pan so I can flip out of pan onto cutting board, cut, bag and freeze. This prevents me from eating it all at once!!

Water, vegetable oil and eggs called for on cake mix box
1 bag (8 oz) unwrapped Reese's peanut butter cups miniatures
2 cups powdered sugar
2 cups creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
2/3 cup whipping cream

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pans). Place paper baking cup in each of 24 regular-size muffin cups.
  • In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and eggs with electric mixer on low speed 30 seconds, then on medium speed 2 minutes. Reserve 12 of the peanut butter cup candies for garnish. Coarsely chop remaining candies; stir into batter. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups.
  • Bake 18 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans to cooling racks. Cool completely.
  • In medium bowl, beat powdered sugar, peanut butter, butter and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add whipping cream; beat until frosting is smooth and spreadable. Frost cupcakes. Cut reserved peanut butter cup candies in half; garnish each cupcake with 1 half candy.

Steps:

  • In a saucepan, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugars, butter & milk.

1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar (powdered)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (use only pure, not imitation)
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup vegetable shortening (or 1 butter flavored shortening stick)
toothpick
wax paper

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Shape mixture into 1 inch balls, inserting 1 toothpick in top center.
  • Refrigerate balls for at least 2 hours.
  • Over low heat, melt shortening with chocolate chips until smooth.

2/3 c sugar
2/3 c light corn syrup
1 1/2 c creamy peanut butter
3 c crushed corn flakes
2 c semi sweet chocolate chips

  • 1. Crush cornflakes to equal 3 cups (about 2/3 of 12 oz box of cereal). Set aside. Grease 9 inch square pan lightly.
  • 2. Add sugar and corn syrup to medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat.
