1 cup milk chocolate chips, plus 1 tablespoon for garnish
One 6-ounce prepared graham cracker crust, chilled
3 egg whites, at room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup marshmallow cream

Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate. The better the chocolate, the better the tart will taste. Look for chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%.
  • Don't overcook the chocolate. Overcooked chocolate will be grainy and bitter. Remove the chocolate from the heat as soon as it is melted and smooth.
  • Let the tart cool completely before serving. This will allow the chocolate to set and the flavors to develop.
  • Garnish the tart with fresh berries, whipped cream, or chocolate shavings before serving. This will make the tart look more appealing and taste even better.
