Tips:

  • Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor. Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips will work well.
  • If you don't have a cookie scoop, you can use two spoons to drop the dough onto the baking sheet.
  • Be sure to chill the dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
  • Bake the cookies until they are just set around the edges but still soft in the center. This will give them a chewy texture.
  • Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack before serving.

Conclusion:

Christmas Chocolate Cherry Cookies are a delicious and festive treat that are perfect for holiday parties and cookie exchanges. They are easy to make and can be customized with your favorite chocolate chips and dried cherries. Be sure to try this recipe this holiday season!
