Yield 4 to 6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 10

3 medium ripe avocados
Salt and freshly cracked black pepper
2 to 3 limes, juiced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, minced
2 tablespoons minced red onion
1 clove garlic, grated
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
1/2 to 1 small habanero (ribs and seeds removed unless you want it hot!), minced
1/2 to 1 small habanero (ribs and seeds removed unless you want it hot!), minced
1/4 red bell pepper, diced

Steps:

  • Scoop the avocado flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocados and season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Stir in the cilantro, onions, garlic, mango, habanero and red bell pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning if necessary.

Tips:

  • Choose ripe mangoes: The riper the mangoes, the sweeter and more flavorful your guacamole will be.
  • Use fresh ingredients: Fresh ingredients will give your guacamole the best flavor. If you can, use avocados that are ripe but still firm, and fresh cilantro and lime juice.
  • Don't over-mash the avocado: You want your guacamole to be chunky, not mushy. Mash the avocado just until it is combined with the other ingredients.
  • Season to taste: Add salt, pepper, and lime juice to taste. You may also want to add a pinch of chili powder or cumin.
  • Serve immediately: Guacamole is best served fresh. If you need to make it ahead of time, store it in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours.

Conclusion:

Chunky mango guacamole is a delicious and refreshing dip that is perfect for parties and gatherings. It is also a healthy snack that is packed with nutrients. With its sweet and tangy flavor, chunky mango guacamole is sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it.
