sugar, to taste
cinnamon, to taste
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon milk

Steps:

  • Roll out the pie crust and cut to a rectangle shape.
  • Cover with your desired amount of melted butter, sugar, and cinnamon.
  • Roll the crust up.
  • Cut into little discs. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10-15 minutes, depending on how thick you cut them.
  • In a bowl, mix powdered sugar with milk until it becomes a glaze. Add milk if you want a thinner consistency.

1 (12.4 ounce) package refrigerated cinnamon roll dough with icing
1 (12 ounce) package bacon

Steps:

  • Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a rack on top. Arrange bacon on the rack and place in a cold oven.
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cook bacon while oven heats until slightly cooked but not crisp, 5 to 10 minutes. Blot excess grease with paper towels.
  • Grease 16 muffin cups or line with paper liners.
  • Unroll cinnamon roll dough into a flat sheet on a work surface. Cut strips in half widthwise. Place a piece of bacon on each dough strip and roll dough to enclose the bacon. Place rolls in the prepared muffin cups.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until rolls are golden brown, 13 to 17 minutes. Cool slightly.
  • Top cinnamon roll bites with icing from package.

1/3 cup half-and-half
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 package quick active dry yeast
2 to 2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
2 oz cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 to 3 tablespoons milk

Steps:

  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat half-and-half, water, butter, granulated sugar and salt over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Cool until warm (110°F to 115°F). Sprinkle yeast on warm butter mixture; stir to dissolve. Stir in flour and egg until dough forms.
  • On lightly floured surface, knead dough 5 to 8 minutes or until smooth. Grease large bowl with shortening or spray with cooking spray. Place dough in bowl, turning dough to grease all sides. Cover and let rise in warm place 40 to 45 minutes or until dough has doubled in size.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Grease bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with shortening or spray with cooking spray.
  • On lightly floured surface, roll dough into 16x12-inch rectangle, 1/4 inch thick. Brush 2 tablespoons melted butter over rectangle. Sprinkle with brown sugar-cinnamon mixture. Roll up rectangle, beginning at 16-inch side; pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. Cut into 24 slices. Place slices in pan. Cover and let rise in warm place 40 to 45 minutes or until dough has almost doubled in size.
  • Heat oven to 350°F. Bake 17 to 27 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat all frosting ingredients with electric mixer on medium speed until well mixed. Spread over warm rolls.

1 cup toasted almonds
1 cup toasted cashews
5 medjool dates, pitted
¼ cup coconut oil, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 pinch kosher salt
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Steps:

  • Add the almonds and cashews to a food processor. Process until ground. Add the dates, melted coconut oil, and vanilla and process until smooth. Add the cinnamon and salt and continue processing until the mixture holds together, about 1 minute.
  • Roll the nut mixture into 14 even portions using a 0.8-ounce scoop. Roll into balls. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and cinnamon.
  • Toss the cinnamon roll bites in the coconut sugar mixture until well coated.
  • The bites will keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
