1 small red onion, thinly sliced (about 1 3/4 cups)
1 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro

Steps:

  • Combine juices, ketchup, vodka and hot pepper sauce in large bowl. Whisk in oil. Add shrimp, onion and cilantro and mix well. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours and up to 6 hours. Drain before serving.

12 ounces chilled vodka, such as Tito's
6 teaspoons granulated sugar
Three 12-ounce cans citrus soda, such as Fresca

Steps:

  • Wash and dry the lemon, lime, orange and grapefruit. Cut the fruit in half and cut each half into thin slices. Divide the fruit slices among 6 mason jars, then add 2 ounces of vodka and 1 teaspoon of sugar to each. Screw the lids of the jars on tightly, then shake each jar.
  • When ready to serve, top each with 6 ounces of citrus soda.
