1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 large egg
3 tablespoons lemon juice, divided
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 cup chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
4 cups fresh broccoli florets
Lemon wedges
Hot cooked rice, optional

Steps:

  • Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder and paprika. In another shallow bowl, whisk egg and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture; shake off excess., In a large skillet, heat butter over medium heat. Add chicken; cook 4-6 minutes on each side or until no longer pink. 1-1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into 1-in cubes)
1 medium onion (diced)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
Hot rice for serving

Steps:

  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, saute chicken, onion, garlic, broccoli, and ginger in oil until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is tender, about 10 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

⅓ cup guava nectar
⅓ cup rice wine vinegar
¼ cup white sugar
2 teaspoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
½ teaspoon salt
2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - pounded thin and cut into bite-size pieces
⅓ cup cornstarch
¼ cup vegetable oil
½ head broccoli, cut into florets
1 orange, zested and sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mix the guava nectar, rice wine vinegar, sugar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and salt. Place the chicken in the bowl, cover, and marinate 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
