Tips:

  • Mise en place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all the ingredients and tools you need. This will help you stay organized and avoid any scrambling.
  • Choose the right peppers: Bell peppers are the most common type of pepper used for stuffing, but you can also use other types of peppers, such as poblano or Anaheim peppers. Just make sure that the peppers are large enough to hold the stuffing.
  • Cook the rice ahead of time: This will save you time when you're assembling the stuffed peppers.
  • Use a variety of seafood: Don't be afraid to experiment with different types of seafood, such as shrimp, crab, lobster, or scallops. You can also use a combination of seafood.
  • Don't overstuff the peppers: You want the peppers to be filled, but not so full that they're bursting at the seams. This will help them cook evenly.
  • Bake the peppers until they're tender: The peppers should be cooked until they're soft and slightly browned. This will take about 30-45 minutes.
  • Serve the peppers with your favorite sauce: You can use a simple tomato sauce, a creamy Alfredo sauce, or a spicy enchilada sauce.
