Steps:

Steps:
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker full of ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass over ice.
Tips:
- Choose the right wine. Clericot is traditionally made with white wine, but you can also use rosé or sparkling wine. If you're using a red wine, be sure to choose one that is light-bodied and fruity.
- Use fresh fruit. The fresher the fruit, the better your clericot will taste. Use a variety of fruits, such as berries, citrus fruits, and stone fruits.
- Add a little sugar or honey. This will help to balance out the acidity of the wine and fruit. You can also use a flavored simple syrup, such as lavender syrup or rose syrup.
- Chill the clericot before serving. Clericot is best served cold, so be sure to chill it for at least an hour before serving.
- Garnish with fresh herbs or flowers. This will add a touch of elegance and flavor to your clericot.
Conclusion:
Clericot is a refreshing and flavorful summer drink that is perfect for parties and gatherings. It is easy to make and can be tailored to your own taste. With a little creativity, you can create a clericot that is sure to impress your guests.
