I hope you will enjoy these unique biscuits. The biscuits have a nice delicate banana flavour. To make this sweeter you could add 1/4 cup of milk chocolate or butterscotch chips. Serve these with a simple fruit salad, you will not be disappointed.

Tips and Conclusion

Tips:

  • Use a good quality coconut flour. Not all coconut flours are created equal. Look for a finely milled, light-colored flour.
  • Measure the coconut flour correctly. Coconut flour is very absorbent, so it's important to measure it correctly. Use a kitchen scale to weigh the flour, or spoon it into a measuring cup and then level it off with a knife.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the biscuits tough.
  • Bake the biscuits until they are just done. Coconut flour biscuits can dry out quickly, so it's important to bake them until they are just done.
  • Enjoy the biscuits warm or cold. Coconut flour biscuits are delicious warm or cold. Serve them with your favorite toppings, such as butter, honey, or jam.

Conclusion:

Coconut flour drop biscuits are a delicious and easy-to-make breakfast or snack. They are a great way to use up leftover coconut flour, and they are also a good source of fiber and healthy fats. If you are looking for a healthier alternative to traditional biscuits, coconut flour drop biscuits are a great option.
