Here are some summarized tips when making coffee roast:

- Ensure you are patient and allow enough time for braising; around 2-3 hours in a slow cooker or 6-8 hours in a traditional method. This will help in attaining a fall-apart tenderness. - Great coffee roast results are achieved by using a dark, strong brew. Instant coffee crystals or leftover coffee won't yield the desired results. - Enhance the dish's nutritional value by adding your favorite veggies, including celery, carrots, onions, or turnips. - To achieve an even brown crust on the chuck roast, make sure to pat it dry before searing it in a skillet over medium heat. - Cook the chuck roast in a mixture of coffee, broth, and spices and bring it to a boil. Then, transfer it to a slow cooker or braising pan and cook it low and slow until the meat is fall-apart-tender. - Serve the coffee roast with your choice of sides, such as mashed sweet or white Potatoes, roasted carrots, or a fresh, mixed green or kale Caesar Salad.

Conclusion:

The preparation of coffee roast, though time-consuming, is a labor of love that guarantees a delightful and flavorful result. Soaking the roast in a fragrant coffee broth infuses a rich, unique savor that will leave taste buds delighted. With careful attention to the simple steps, you can prepare a hearty and comforting dish to savor.
