Yield 1

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 Tbsp. Sugar-free French Vanilla or Coconut powdered creamer
2 packets Truvia
5 oz. light Vanilla Soy Milk or Almond Milk
1 oz. sugar-free calorie-free vanilla flavored syrup (Torani)
1 tsp. coffe granules
1 cup crushed ice or 5-8 ice cubes
Splash of Vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. Fat Free Redi Whip (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. In a tall glass combine creamer with sweetener. Add 2 Tbs. hot water and stir until dissolved. 2. Transfer mixture to a blender. Add all remaining ingredients except Redi Whip and blend until smooth.

Tips:

  • Choose the right coffee: Use a dark roast coffee for a stronger flavor. You can also use a blend of coffee and chicory for a more intense flavor.
  • Make sure your coffee is cold: The colder the coffee, the better the freeze will be. You can chill your coffee in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
  • Use a good quality ice cream: The ice cream you use will make a big difference in the flavor of your freeze. Choose a creamy, smooth ice cream that you enjoy the taste of.
  • Add flavorings: You can add a variety of flavorings to your freeze, such as chocolate syrup, caramel sauce, or fruit. Get creative and experiment with different flavors to find your favorite combination.
  • Serve immediately: Coffee freezes are best served immediately after they are made. The ice cream will start to melt and the flavor will change if you wait too long.

Conclusion:

Coffee freezes are a delicious and refreshing way to enjoy your favorite coffee. They are easy to make and can be customized to your liking. With a few simple ingredients, you can create a delicious coffee freeze that you will love.

Here are some additional tips for making coffee freezes:

  • If you don't have an ice cream maker, you can make a coffee freeze in a blender. Just combine all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  • You can also make coffee freezes in advance and freeze them for later. Just make sure to thaw them in the refrigerator before serving.
  • Coffee freezes are a great way to use up leftover coffee. If you have some cold coffee left over from breakfast, use it to make a coffee freeze.

Enjoy your coffee freeze!
