1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3 tablespoons instant coffee
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups coarsely chopped walnuts or 1 1/2 cups pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350.
