Tips:

  • To ensure the pork tenderloin is cooked evenly, use a meat thermometer to check its internal temperature. It should read 145 degrees Fahrenheit for medium-rare, 155 degrees Fahrenheit for medium, and 165 degrees Fahrenheit for well-done.
  • If you don't have a meat thermometer, you can also check the pork's doneness by cutting into it. The meat should be slightly pink in the center for medium-rare, and no longer pink for medium or well-done.
  • Let the pork tenderloin rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing. This will help the juices redistribute throughout the meat, resulting in a more tender and flavorful dish.
  • For a sweeter glaze, add more brown sugar to the cola mixture. For a spicier glaze, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
  • Serve the pork tenderloin with your favorite sides, such as mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or a green salad.

Conclusion:

Cola-glazed pork tenderloin is a quick and easy dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. The cola marinade helps to tenderize the pork and imparts a delicious flavor. The glaze is sweet and sticky, and it caramelizes beautifully in the oven. This dish is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
