Tips:

  • For the best flavor, use fresh peas. If you can't find fresh peas, frozen peas will work, but they won't be as flavorful.
  • Use a good quality olive oil. This will make a big difference in the flavor of the dish.
  • Don't overcook the peas. They should be cooked just until they are tender-crisp.
  • Be sure to use fresh dill. Dried dill will not have the same flavor.
  • Serve the peas immediately. They are best when they are fresh.

Conclusion:

Cold Dilled Peas is a refreshing and flavorful side dish that is perfect for summer. It is easy to make and can be made ahead of time. This dish is also a good source of vitamins and minerals, making it a healthy choice. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy side dish, give Cold Dilled Peas a try.
