I whipped this up last night for supper and it was awesome, so awesome there was no left overs, my family loved it

WHAT YOU NEED
2 lbs hamburger cooked and drained
6 potatoes shredded
1 onion shredded
2 cans mushrooms drained
2 cans green bean or yellow beans drained (i used a can of each )
2 cans mushroom soup
4 cans milk ( i used the soup can)
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350. In a roasting pan or big casserole dish mix all ingredients together well. Cover and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs. Stirring every 30 min. Enjoy

1 box macaroni and cheese
2 c broccoli, steamed
1 smoked summer sausage
2/3 c french fried onions
2/3 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Cook separately - Mac and cheese (boxed), Steamed broccoli, summer sausage (sauteed in pan).
  • 2. Combine mac and cheese, steamed broccoli, chopped up summer sausage, and french fried onions in a greased baking dish. Cover top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • 3. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
