PASTA SALAD WITH CHICKEN AND GRAPES

Pasta Salad With Chicken and Grapes image

You can use cooked diced ham in place of the chicken, please don't omit the grapes, they really make this salad, but add them in just before serving so they will retain their crunch. Plan ahead this salad needs to chill for a minimum of 8 hours or 24 hours. Please adjust all amounts to suit taste, if you are a dill-lover then increase the amount, this can easily be doubled, I sometimes add in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese into the dressing but that is optional ;-)

  • Use High-Quality Ingredients: Opt for flavorful ingredients like juicy chicken, crisp grapes, crunchy celery, and tangy red onion. Fresh herbs like parsley or basil add a burst of flavor.
  • Make a Flavorful Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a creamy and tangy dressing. Adjust the proportions to achieve your desired taste.
  • Don't Overcrowd the Salad: Ensure there's enough dressing to coat the pasta and other ingredients without making the salad soggy. If needed, adjust the dressing quantity or add more pasta.
