Tips:
- Use high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor. Semi-sweet or bittersweet chocolate chips are a good choice.
- Chill the cookie dough for at least 30 minutes before baking. This will help the cookies hold their shape and prevent them from spreading too much.
- Bake the cookies until the edges are golden brown and the centers are set. Overbaking will make the cookies dry and crumbly.
- Let the cookies cool completely on a wire rack before serving. This will help them firm up and prevent them from falling apart.
- If you don't have Hershey's Kisses, you can use other chocolate candies, such as Rolo or Reese's Pieces.
Conclusion:
Cookies and cream kiss cookies are a delicious and easy-to-make treat that is perfect for any occasion. They are made with simple ingredients that you probably already have on hand, and they can be customized to your liking. Whether you like them plain or with a variety of mix-ins, these cookies are sure to be a hit.
