COPYCAT TASTEFULLY SIMPLE - GARLIC GARLIC DIP
I have not tried this yet, I found it on wittyliving.com and adapted it to include far less salt. The original called for an entire tablespoon of salt, and I imagined eating play-doh. I hope this is as delecious as the original. Update, I have since tried a few variants of this, with no real success. Each batch seems to come out thick and pasty, instead of creamy, even with a decrease of the dry ingredients. I was actually hoping to delete this recipe, but cannot find that option. Sorry.

Steps:
- Blend all together,by hand.
- And eat with pretzels.
Tips:
- To make the dip ahead of time, simply combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, bring to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
- If you don't have any roasted garlic on hand, you can easily make your own. Simply wrap a head of garlic in foil and roast in a 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for about 45 minutes, or until the garlic is soft and golden brown. Once the garlic has cooled, squeeze the cloves out of the skin and mash them with a fork.
- You can use any type of cheese you like in this dip, but a creamy, flavorful cheese like cream cheese or goat cheese works best. If you're using a hard cheese, such as Parmesan or cheddar, be sure to grate it finely so that it melts smoothly.
- If you don't have any fresh herbs on hand, you can use dried herbs instead. Just be sure to use about half the amount of dried herbs as you would fresh herbs.
- Serve the dip with your favorite dippers, such as crackers, vegetables, or bread.
Conclusion:
This Garlic Garlic Dip is the perfect appetizer or snack for any occasion. It's easy to make, packed with flavor, and sure to be a hit with everyone who tries it. So next time you're looking for a delicious and easy-to-make dip, give this Garlic Garlic Dip a try. You won't be disappointed!
