1 pound frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.

You can make a lighter version of this by substituting the sour cream and mayonnaise with nonfat plain yogurt. For a vegetarian version, simply omit the crab.

1 cup onion, minced

1/3 cup mayonnaise

1 cup minced green onion
1/2 cup minced celery
1 tablespoon minced carrot
