2 packages louis kemp Crab Delights Imitation Crab, the flaked styled
1 lb angel hair pasta
4 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced garlic (I use the minced garlic in a jar)
2 teaspoons oregano
1 large tomatoes, chopped
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
1 cup light cream or 1 cup half-and-half cream
1 cup sliced green onion
1 cup shredded swiss cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook Pasta according to pkg.
  • instructions; drain well.
  • While pasta is cooking, cook garlic, mushrooms and Oregano in butter in a saucepan for about 1 1/2 minutes, stiring frequently.
  • Add tomato and continue cooking till tomato is cooked-- about three minutes.
  • Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted and sauce is hot.
  • Pour sauce over hot cooked Angel Hair.
  • Make sure to pass extra Parmesan cheese.

1 (16 ounce) package angel hair pasta
¼ cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds sea scallops, rinsed and patted dry
3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
½ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Steps:

  • Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the angel hair pasta, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, 4 to 5 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.
  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook just until fragrant and softened, about 1 minute. Slice any scallops over 3/4-inch thick in half so they'll cook evenly; stir scallops, basil, and parsley into the skillet. 1 pound broccoli
2 tablespoons olive oil
3/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
3/4 cup nonfat yogurt
1 1/2 cups canned Italian plum tomatoes
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
8 ounces fresh angel-hair pasta
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano

Steps:

  • Bring 3 quarts of water to boil in a covered pot.
  • Wash, trim and slice mushrooms.
  • Wash broccoli and remove tough stems. Cut remaining stems into thin slices and break up the florets.
