1 navel orange
1 (12 ounce) package fresh cranberries
½ cup white sugar
⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon

1-1/3 cups orange juice
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs

3/4 cup water
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • In a saucepan, bring the cranberries, sugar and water to a boil. Reduce heat and cook until berries burst. Strain through a food mill or sieve into a large bowl. , Stir in the gelatin, lemon juice and orange juice.
