1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 large eggs, beaten
1/2 cup hot water
1 1/2 cups fresh or dry-pack frozen cranberries
2 medium all-purpose apples, peeled and sliced (about 1 1/2 cups)
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Steps:

  • PLACE rack in lower third of oven; heat oven to 425 degrees F. Combine sweetened condensed milk and cinnamon in large bowl. Add eggs, water and fruits; mix well. Pour into pie crust.
  • COMBINE sugar and flour in medium bowl; cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add nuts. Sprinkle over pie. Bake 10 minutes.
  • REDUCE oven temperature to 375 degrees F; bake an additional 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.

1 refrigerated pie crust
2 (21 ounce) cans apple pie filling
1 cup dried sweetened cranberries
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Make pie crust as directed on box for one-crust baked shell using 9-inch glass pie pan; do not prick crust. Bake 9-11 minutes or until light golden brown. Reduce oven temperature to 400 degrees.
  • In medium bowl, mix pie filling, cranberries and cinnamon.
  • In small bowl, mix flour and brown sugar. With pastry blender or fork, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Crust: 1 cup flour,1/2 tsp salt., 1/3 cup shortening, 3 - 4 tbl. cold apple juice.
Filling: 3/4 cups sugar, 1/4 cup flour, 3/4 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg, 1/4 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup boiling water, 6 - 7 cups sliced Granny Smith apples.
Topping: 1 cup flour, 1/2 cup cold butter, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.

Steps:

  • Crust: Mix flour, salt, together. blend in shortening until crumbly, Toss with apple juice until crusts comes together, roll out and line a 9" pie pan. Filling: mix together sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg and cranberries. Toss with apples and place in pan. Topping: mix together flour, butter, brown sugar until crumbly. Stir in walnuts and cover pie completely. cover ends of crust with foil. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 min. remove foil and bake another 15 min.
