  • Mise en Place: Before you start cooking, make sure you have all your ingredients and equipment ready. This will help you stay organized and avoid scrambling during the cooking process.
  • Use a Good Quality Camembert Cheese: The quality of the Camembert cheese you use will greatly impact the flavor of the dish. Look for a Camembert that is ripe and creamy, with a slightly pungent aroma.
  • Don't Overcook the Chicken: Chicken can easily become dry and tough if it is overcooked. Cook the chicken until it is just cooked through, but still tender and juicy.
  • Use a Heavy Bottom Skillet: A heavy bottom skillet will help to evenly distribute the heat and prevent the chicken from sticking.
  • Use Fresh Cranberries: Fresh cranberries add a bright and tart flavor to the dish. If you can't find fresh cranberries, you can use frozen cranberries, but thaw them before using.
  • Serve Immediately: This dish is best served immediately, while the chicken is still hot and the Camembert cheese is melted and gooey.
