Tips:

  • Use fresh cranberries. Fresh cranberries have a brighter flavor than frozen cranberries.
  • Make sure the sour cream is cold. Cold sour cream will help to keep the cake moist.
  • Don't overbeat the batter. Overbeating the batter can make the cake tough.
  • Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Overbaking the cake can make it dry.
  • Let the cake cool completely before frosting it. This will help to prevent the frosting from melting.

Conclusion:

Cranberry sour cream pound cake is a delicious and festive cake that is perfect for any occasion. The combination of cranberries, sour cream, and pound cake is sure to please everyone. With its moist texture and tangy flavor, this cake is sure to be a hit at your next party or gathering.
