I got this recipe from a Healthy Choice recipe booklet. Every single time I made this pie, somebody ask me for the recipe. The original recipe asks for everything fat free and egg substitute instead of regular eggs. I post it the way I normally make it.

- If you don't have a food processor, you can use a pastry blender or two forks to mix the crust ingredients.
- Be sure to pre-bake the crust before filling it. This will help to prevent the crust from becoming soggy.
- Don't overmix the cream cheese filling. Overmixing can make the filling dense and rubbery.
- Bake the tart until the center is set and the crust is golden brown.
- Let the tart cool completely before serving. This will help the flavors to meld and the tart to set.
