CRAZY-SIMPLE COTTAGE HAM, POTATOES, AND GREEN BEANS
Cottage ham is one of my favorite dishes to eat because it's rich in flavor and incredibly simple to make. Requiring only five ingredients and five minutes of prep time, this dish could quickly become a go-to meal in your household. If you can't wait the hour it takes to cook, drop it in a slow cooker in the morning, and it'll be ready when you get home.

Steps:
- 1. Place potatoes in greased 9x13 baking panmix dry dressing with mayonnaise & milk mix well add cheese stir.Pour over potatoes sprinkle bacon over top bake 375 for30 mins.
Tips:
- Prep the Potatoes Properly: Before cooking, scrub the potatoes thoroughly to remove any dirt or debris. If you're using larger potatoes, cut them into smaller, bite-sized pieces to ensure even cooking.
- Soak the Potatoes (Optional): Soaking the potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking can help remove excess starch, resulting in crispier potatoes.
- Season Generously: Don't be shy with the seasonings! Use a combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and any other herbs or spices you enjoy.
- Use High Heat Initially: Start by cooking the potatoes over high heat to create a crispy exterior. Once they're golden brown, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking until they're tender on the inside.
- Don't Overcrowd the Pan: Avoid overcrowding the pan with potatoes, as this will prevent them from cooking evenly. Cook them in batches if necessary.
- Flip and Stir Occasionally: Use a spatula to flip and stir the potatoes occasionally to ensure even cooking and prevent them from sticking to the pan.
- Add Butter or Oil: Adding a knob of butter or a drizzle of olive oil to the pan can help create a golden brown crust and add flavor to the potatoes.
- Garnish Before Serving: Before serving, garnish the potatoes with fresh herbs like parsley, chives, or cilantro for an extra pop of color and flavor.

Crispy, golden brown potatoes are a versatile side dish that can complement a wide variety of main courses.
