Tips:

- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese. - Make sure the cream cheese and butter are softened to room temperature before creaming together. This will help ensure a smooth batter. - Cream the cream cheese and butter together until light and fluffy. This will help incorporate air into the batter, resulting in a lighter, more tender cake. - Gradually add the sugar to the creamed mixture, beating well after each addition. This will help prevent the cake from becoming grainy. - Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. - Add the flour and salt to the batter in three additions, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined. Overmixing will result in a tough, dense cake. - Pour the batter into a greased 10-inch bundt pan. - Bake the cake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. - Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning it out onto a wire rack to cool completely. - Dust the cooled cake with powdered sugar before serving.

Conclusion:

This cream cheese pound cake is a delicious and easy-to-make dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is a moist and tender cake with a rich cream cheese flavor. The powdered sugar dusting adds a touch of sweetness and elegance. This cake is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
