CREAMY CHICKEN AND PEAS PASTA DINNER
This came my way via an e-mail recipe share. It was originally a dinner cooked in the oven at 350 for an hour but I made it in the crockpot with wonderful results. I tweaked the cheese to suit my tastes so you can reduce it if you're not a cheese lover.

Tips:
- Use fresh, high-quality ingredients: This will make a big difference in the flavor of your dish. Try to use fresh vegetables and chicken, and use a good quality pasta.
- Don't overcook the chicken: Chicken breasts are very delicate and can easily become dry and tough if overcooked. Cook the chicken until it is just cooked through, but still tender and juicy.
- Use a good quality Parmesan cheese: Parmesan cheese is a key ingredient in this dish, so it's important to use a good quality cheese. Look for a Parmesan cheese that is aged for at least 12 months.
- Don't be afraid to add some extra vegetables: This dish is a great way to get some extra vegetables into your diet. Try adding some chopped spinach, broccoli, or zucchini to the pasta.
- Serve the pasta immediately: This dish is best served immediately after it is made. The pasta will start to absorb the sauce and become soggy if it sits for too long.
Conclusion:
Creamy chicken and peas pasta is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for a weeknight meal. It is made with simple ingredients that you probably already have in your kitchen, and it can be on the table in under 30 minutes. This dish is also a great way to get some extra vegetables into your diet. So next time you're looking for a quick and easy meal, give creamy chicken and peas pasta a try. You won't be disappointed!
