This came from taste of home and is so pretty to look at. It starts with a sheet of puff pastry. Every time I bring this cute little appetizer I am always asked for the recipe. The combo of caraway seeds, swiss cheese, and Dijon mustard in the flaky crust is irresistable.

Tips:
- Use a good quality puff pastry dough. This will make a big difference in the taste and texture of your cheese twists.
- If you don't have time to make your own puff pastry dough, you can use store-bought dough. Just be sure to thaw it completely before using it.
- Use a variety of cheeses. This will give your cheese twists a more complex flavor.
- Don't overfill the cheese twists. This will make them difficult to roll and they may burst open during baking.
- Bake the cheese twists until they are golden brown. This will ensure that they are cooked through and have a crispy texture.
- Serve the cheese twists warm. They are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
