Tips for Making Crispy Whitefish

  • Use fresh, high-quality whitefish. This will make a big difference in the final flavor of the dish.
  • Marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes before cooking. This will help to tenderize the fish and infuse it with flavor.
  • Use a light hand when breading the fish. You don't want the breading to be too thick, or it will overpower the delicate flavor of the fish.
  • Cook the fish over medium-high heat. This will help to create a crispy crust without overcooking the fish.
  • Don't overcrowd the pan when cooking the fish. This will prevent the fish from cooking evenly.
  • Serve the fish immediately with your favorite sides.
