Tips:

  • Use fresh or frozen cherries. Fresh cherries are best, but frozen cherries will work just as well. If using frozen cherries, thaw them before using.
  • Add a little bit of almond extract. Almond extract enhances the flavor of the cherries and gives the cobbler a more complex flavor.
  • Don't overmix the batter. Overmixing the batter will make the cobbler tough. Mix just until the ingredients are combined.
  • Bake the cobbler until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbling. This usually takes about 1 hour.
  • Serve the cobbler warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Conclusion:

Crock-pot cherry cobbler is an easy and delicious dessert that is perfect for any occasion. It is a great way to use up fresh or frozen cherries, and it is always a hit with family and friends. So next time you are looking for a quick and easy dessert, give this crock-pot cherry cobbler recipe a try.
