- Veal: Dust veal pieces in flour, garlic powder, sea salt and black pepper using a large ZipLoc bag In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium high heat, browning veal on all sides for 3-4 minutes. Remove veal and set aside to drain on paper towels. Add to skillet, green onions, 1 tbsp of flour, thyme, celery seed and sir until coated, heating green onions until they soften.
