PORK CHOPS WITH STUFFING
This was my mother's original recipe, but through the years I've changed is slightly. Now my four daughters enjoy making this family favorite. Before we retired, we raised hogs on a farm in Pennsylvania. I cooked a pork dish at least once a week then, and I still do today.

STUFFED PORK CHOPS I
I got this recipe from a friend and it is awesome! When I want comfort food, this is the one that I turn to. My husband loves it too! We love the stuffing so much I usually double the recipe for the bread crumb mixture, leave everything else the same. For the bread cubes, French bread works best, not sourdough.

Tips:
- Choose the right pork chops: Look for boneless, center-cut pork chops that are about 1 inch thick. Thinner chops will cook too quickly and become dry.
- Season the pork chops well: Pork chops have a mild flavor, so it's important to season them well before cooking. A simple combination of salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder is a good starting point. You can also add other spices or herbs, such as paprika, cumin, or thyme.
- Sear the pork chops before cooking them in the crockpot: Searing the pork chops will help to develop a nice crust and lock in the juices. To sear the pork chops, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chops for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are browned.
- Use a good quality stuffing mix: The stuffing mix is an important part of this recipe, so it's worth using a good quality brand. Look for a stuffing mix that is made with fresh herbs and vegetables and has a good flavor.
- Cook the pork chops on low heat: Pork chops are a tough cut of meat, so it's important to cook them on low heat so that they have time to become tender. Cook the pork chops on low for 6-8 hours, or until they are cooked through.
Conclusion:
Crockpot pork chops with stuffing is a delicious and easy-to-make meal that is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. The pork chops are tender and juicy, and the stuffing is flavorful and moist. This recipe is sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
