3 tablespoons butter, divided
3/4 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley or 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh chives or 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon minced fresh tarragon or 1/8 teaspoon dried tarragon
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
Dash pepper
2 tablespoons dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Place scallops in a greased 1-qt. baking dish. 1 tablespoon pine nuts, toasted
1 garlic clove
1 1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel (divided)
3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
12 large sea scallops
12 slices plum tomatoes, 1/4 inch thick
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon lime zest
4 cups arugula (about 4 ounces)
1/4 cup packed fresh mint leaves, sliced

1/2 cup sliced onion
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk

1 cup cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs

  • butter 9 x 13 casserole dish.
  • layer 1/2 potatoes.
  • layer on all of the onions.
  • put on half the cheddar cheese.

  • remove from heat.
  • add garlic, salt, pepper and mustard, stir until smooth.
  • pour on top of potatoes.

  • put on once the potatoes are cooked.
  • broil for 3 minutes.
