1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 small onion, finely chopped
1 cup grated carrot
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
4 eggs
2/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
paprika (optional)

Steps:
