1 ½ pounds lean ground beef

1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
6 eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup heavy whipping cream

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
