Tips:

  • Use fresh ingredients. Smoked salmon, dill, and eggs are all perishable items, so it is important to use them when they are fresh. This will ensure that your quiche has the best flavor and texture.
  • Don't overcook the eggs. The eggs in a quiche should be cooked until they are just set, but not overcooked. Overcooked eggs will be rubbery and tough.
  • Let the quiche cool before serving. This will help the quiche to set properly and make it easier to slice.
  • Serve the quiche warm or at room temperature. Crustless quiche is best served warm or at room temperature. Cold quiche is not as flavorful.
  • Garnish the quiche with fresh herbs. Fresh herbs, such as dill or chives, add a nice pop of flavor and color to a quiche.

Conclusion:

Crustless smoked salmon quiche with dill is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. It is also a great way to use up leftover smoked salmon. With its simple ingredients and elegant presentation, this quiche is sure to impress your guests.
