Another great appetizer to serve those special guests you have coming - Another variation of this is to omit the salmon and dill. Top cucumber slices with cream cheese spread as directed, and drizzle with Kraft Roasted Red Pepper with Parmesan Dressing. You can also substitute 12 canned baby shrimp for the salmon. Tips:
- Choose firm and straight cucumbers for easy rolling.
- Use a mandoline or sharp knife to create thin, even slices.
- Work with the cucumber slices while they are still pliable. If they become too soft, they will tear easily.
- Be careful not to overfill the roulades, or they will be difficult to roll and hold together.
- If you are using a toothpick to secure the roulades, make sure to remove it before serving.
- Serve the roulades immediately, or chill them for later.
