2 packages (3 ounces each) pork ramen noodles
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley

1 large onion
2 tablespoons oil
3 teaspoons mild curry powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup coconut milk
3 teaspoons soy sauce
250 g cooked pork (BBQ or Roast, thinly sliced)

  • Soak rice noodles in a bowl of hot water for 20 minutes. Drain well.
