Cooking spray
8 ounces elbow macaroni, cooked
One 12-ounce can evaporated milk
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup (1/2 stick ) of butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of pepper
2 large eggs, beaten
Two 10-ounce bricks sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (about 5 cups)
Dash of paprika

Steps:

  • In a large 4-quart slow cooker sprayed with cooking spray, mix the macaroni, evaporated milk, milk, butter, salt, pepper, eggs and all but 1/2 cup of the grated cheese. Sprinkle the reserved cheese over the top of the mixture and then sprinkle with paprika. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours and 15 minutes. Turn off the slow cooker, stir the mixture and serve hot.

8 oz. package shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 eggs (lightly beaten)
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1.5 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2.5 cups small pasta (uncooked (I used macaroni.))

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine cheeses and set aside.
  • In a different large bowl whisk together remaining ingredients, except pasta.
  • Add pasta and 3 cups of cheese to the milk and egg mixture and stir well.
  • Pour mixture into a lightly greased 6 quart slow cooker.
  • Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheese mixture.
  • Refrigerate remaining cheese.
  • Cover and cook on low for 1-4 hours (timing varies greatly depending on your crockpot) until cheese is melted and creamy and pasta is tender.
  • Optional: Sprinkle servings evenly with remaining cheese.

1 lb macaroni noodles
1/4 cup butter
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 tablespoon salt
2 eggs
8 -12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Cook noodles, drain.
  • Add butter, salt, cheese soup, evaporated milk, and eggs.
  • Mix well.
  • Grate cheese.
