- Sift powdered sugar over the top.

Fry a few at a time in hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes, or until golden brown, turning frequently. Drain on paper towels. Dredge in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve immediately or keep warm in 175°F oven.
