2 pounds lean ground beef
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup dry bread crumbs
2/3 cup whole milk
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 tablespoons horseradish
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup chili sauce

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine first nine ingredients and mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Remove from oven; drain. Spoon chili sauce over loaf. Return to oven and bake until no pink remains, about 20 minutes longer.

32 caramel candy light
5 tablespoons half and half
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup brown sugar packed
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup oats
1 (6-ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup pecans chopped

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt caramels in half-and-half. Stir until smooth set aside.In a medium bowl, mix butter or margarine and brown sugar. Stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in oats. Press half the mixture into the bottom of baking dish. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Drizzle with caramel mixture. Sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool baking dish on a wire rack. 1 tablespoon butter, melted

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or 1/2 cup almonds

Steps:

  • Grease the inside of Crockpot. Throw all ingredients inside Crockpot and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 9 hours. Stir before serving.
